While we are famous for gin, we have also been long time lovers of whisky. So, we decided to try combining our renowned cherry gin with some four year old whisky that had been maturing at the distillery.

”We mixed a little of the whisky we have aging in Victorian Shiraz barrels with our cherry gin. It was amazing. So of course, we decided to make a batch!” Says Derv. We also added Warral Honey, vanilla pods, saffron and cacao nibs to the mix to create a rich, indulgent liqueur with an ABV of 29%. Enjoy neat, over ice, or in exceptional cocktails. 

Launched as part of the Melbourne Food and Wine Festival 2025, you can get a first taste, and even a bottle, at one of the Anther MFWF events this March. This is a very limited release so be sure to get yours before it runs out!
