Refund policy

RETURNS 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@anther.com.au with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. 

Returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. 

RETURNS PROCESS 

To return an item, please email our customer service team at hello@anther.com.au to obtain a Return Note (RN) number. After receiving a RN number, place the item securely in its orginal packaging and include a copy of your proof of purchase, and mail or drop off your return to the following address:

Return shipping charges will be paid or reimbursed by us. 

  

REFUNDS 

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item(s), we will process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your bank statement, depending on your card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed. 

  

EXCEPTIONS 

The following items cannot be returned of exchanged: 

-        Items that have been opened or, are returned that appeared tampered with or have been defaced or, other evidence of mistreatment. 

-        Anther Spirits cannot return, refund or exchange for product or monetary value, items that have been purchased through third party suppliers. 

-        For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange.
