Hi Anther Friends,

Blossom to bottle is an experience designed to create connection and delight. Each of our sessions bring people together in a relaxed space where we work together to make our a very special vintage of Cherry Gin in 2027.

Our first session is The Harvest where we come together to hand-pit fresh cherries. We have been doing this for years and this is without doubt my favourite day of the year. It is an absolute pleasure to welcome you into the distillery and spend a day working eating and drinking together. There is special quality to the conversations you have when working with your hands. It is a relaxed and very satisfying day.

The second session is The Cherry Lab. This is a behind the scenes experience where we will work as a group to taste the prefiltered liqueur and decide on what the flavour profile will be for that year. It will be an amazing sensory experience with a cocktail in hand. I cant wait to do this together and see what we decide.

In the third session, The Cork Finish, we will roll-up our sleeves again to bottle the liquid. You will personally fill cork and apply your personalised labels to your six bottles of Cherry Gin 2027. You will see how we take the liquid from tank to cardboard box and again working with our hands give that special quality to the session.

Our final session is The Celebration. We are absolutely thrilled to be launching the 2027 release of our Cherry Gin at The Arborist (a favouite). The evenings food and drinks will be designed around spent cherries, gin botanicals and the liquid we made together.   Over the coming months we will be meeting with Anthony (the Head Chef) to spend time tasting and playing with flavour so the food and drink elevate one another for an evening of sensory delight. I cannot wait to be spoiled at The Arborist while enjoying the fruits of our labour.

The final cherry on top of this gorgeous experience is that the proceeds of this event are going on to fund community events at Anther throughout 2027. Each person who buys a ticket becomes an Anther Patron and your names will be featured on the website and in a frame at the distillery (with your permission, of course).  This means that we can continue creating connection and community long after we have sipped our last cocktail at the Arborist.
