At the very beginning of our journey at Craft and Co we had the pleasure of working closely with Chef Dom Marzano now the gluten free legend of Eat Cannoli.

We were still fresh faced, excited and learning everything we could from everywhere we could! One afternoon we were trying our hand at making a liqueur and hitting a few bumps when Dom shared with Seb his family’s traditional method of making Limoncello

Dom’s generosity with the Manzano family recipe unlocked secrets that has helped us understand flavour and develop the process and recipe for our famous Anther Cherry Gin.

This year we are going back to our roots to create our first Anther Limoncello!

Hand peeled local lemons, pure distilled spirit, and infused sugar creates a luscious and crisp Limoncello to enjoy chilled, in a cocktail or as a spritz. ABV 28%.
