Our 2022 Harvest of Barrel Aged Cherry Gin holds a slightly fruitier character than our previous 2021 harvest. This really brings out the creamy juniper and dark oak of the barrels.
Picture this, fresh Spreyton Farms Tasmanian Black Cherries harvested and pitted within 24 hours, placed in Anther Australian Dry Gin (winner of Australian Champion Gin) then rested in an ex-whisky barrel for 6 months. Are you drooling yet?

Dervilla McGowan says, "I've always wanted to age our Anther Cherry Gin. It's the perfect Christmas after dinner sipper and cocktail base. The dark fruit of the luxurious Anther Cherry Gin is complimented by the wickedly smooth whisky flavours. We've been lucky to work with Ned Whisky, so after a little chat I was able to host an ex-whisky barrel from Ned Whisky and put 200 hundred litres of our 2022 Anther Cherry Gin inside. The liquid has been resting for 6 months and we've had the 'hard' job of monitoring it's flavour every week!".
On the flavour Dervilla McGowan says, 'It tastes like Christmas. The scent is so divine, you open a bottle and wherever you are is filled with lusciousness".
Anther Barrel Aged Cherry Gin is 29% and was first released in October 2022.
